Working for California Total Fitness is a pleasure.  When you enter until you leave you always feel welcome, and let's talk about how the owner, Steve, is.  If you are having a bad day this is the guy to go to.  California Total Fitnessis all about family and this is why I have the pleasure of representing California Total Fitness to the roof.

My Passion for Fitness started early and got serious in 2005 when I began teaching Group Fitness.  I love what I do!


I enjoy seeing the members' dedication to their own fitness goals.  Seeing members making the decision to make a “lifestyle” change is very exciting and adding Group Fitness to the fitness routine is why I do what I do! 

My favorite thing about California Total Fitness is that it has a family orientated feel and you can actually talk to the owner Steve anytime.

My name is Maria Tovar.  I'm a licensed Zumba instructor and also a ZIN member. 


I have been teaching Zumba for 2 years and I love it.  Dancing is my passion and I enjoy every moment in my classes. 


I like to motivate my students by making them feel comfortable no matter what.  I always try to give my students 100% of my energy in every class and I'm so glad they love it.

Hey I’m Bri!
I earned my Certificate in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2000. Over the last 7 years I’ve been in and out of the industry while travelling the country seeking more wisdom and new experiences through Professional Outdoor Guiding. Through my travels I’ve grown in my knowledge and understanding of true Optimal Health and Fitness. I believe in Optimal Body Composition over unhealthy body ideals, Functional Fitness over chronically intense workouts, and Empowering clients through education to help them get back in the drivers seat of their own wellness!

I specialize in Women’s Fitness, Obesity and Foundational Functional Movement. I also offer services in Primal Health Coaching and Own/Operate www.Everhart.Coach , an online resource for Primal Health Coaching, Fitness, and Lifestyle. Together we will get you on a path to Optimal Health, Sustainable Fitness, and a lot more Freedom.

Fitness has been part of my entire life. Sports, weight training and dance have created the foundation for my passion, dedication and success in my fitness career.  Helping people achieve their goals is my satisfaction.  There is nothing more gratifying than someone thanking you for helping them become a better version of themselves.
